However, more research needs to be done to provide conclusive evidence on weight management, diabetes and other health issues. AS stevia is much sweeter than table sugar, so you won’t need to use too much.

Free -lutein is existed in a concentrated area of the macula, a small area of the retina responsible for central vision in human eyes, which can prevent the physiological structure and function of the eye from changing. Lutein ester is lutein dipalmitate, a form of fatty acid esters of the free -lutein, which exists in all trans molecular configuration, and it also naturally exist in most plants such as flowers and fruits .Lutein ester is more stable than free-lutein and it can be naturally hydrolyzed into free lutein in the human body by digestive enzymes . Free-lutein can be absorbed directly and the lutein ester should be hydrolyzed into free-lutein and than be absorbed,but it is more stable.
